You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
Once you have created an account or purchased tickets through MogosEvent, you may contact our support team via email or live chat for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly, including minor technical bugs or platform-related concerns.
If your request requires additional customization or adjustments to the MogosEvent system, you have two options:
Wait for a future platform update that addresses the issue, or
Engage our team for custom solutions (available at an additional cost).
Ownership
All MogosEvent products, services, and features, whether modified or unmodified, remain the sole property of MogosEvent. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any aspect of the platform.
MogosEvent services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no case shall MogosEvent be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.
MogosEvent does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or uninterrupted at all times. Modifications made by users or integration with third-party plugins, apps, or browsers may affect performance. We do not warrant compatibility with every browser or third-party system. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and browsers are up to date.
You agree not to use MogosEvent for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Promoting or distributing content that incites violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination.
Uploading or linking to illegal content, explicit adult material, or pirated software.
Attempting to resell tickets without prior authorization from the event organizer.
Copying, duplicating, selling, trading, or otherwise exploiting any part of the MogosEvent platform without prior written consent.
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account. MogosEvent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if your actions are deemed abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
All payments made on MogosEvent are final. Once a deposit or ticket purchase has been completed, it cannot be reversed. Users are expected to use their account balance to access our ticketing and related services.
Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s refund policy, not MogosEvent’s. Service fees charged by MogosEvent may be non-refundable.
Fraudulent activities, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in account termination. MogosEvent reserves the right to ban such users from future access.
MogosEvent may, from time to time, provide free credits, coupons, or promotional balance. We reserve the right to review, modify, or revoke these offers at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse.
If deductions result in a negative balance, your account may be automatically suspended. To reactivate your account, you may be required to settle the outstanding balance through a custom payment.
